LOANER: If a loaner car is available, Passport BMW will provide a car for the time necessary to service your vehicle. For more information on our loaner policy, click here.

RENTAL: If loaners are not available, Passport BMW will connect you with a local car rental based on availability.

RIDE-SHARE: Passport BMW offers ride-sharing options for service customers, such as Uber or Lyft. For qualifying repairs*, we offer complimentary rides within 10 miles of the dealership!
*Min. $100.00 repair/ maintenance or covered repair under warranty
