Passport BMW offers alternate transportation while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. Whether you need to get back home or drive to work, Passport BMW provides many transportation options based on availability, service time, and location:


LOANER: If a loaner car is available, Passport BMW will provide a car for the time necessary to service your vehicle. For more information on our loaner policy, click here.


RENTAL: If loaners are not available, Passport BMW will connect you with a local car rental based on availability.


RIDE-SHARE: Passport BMW offers ride-sharing options for service customers, such as Uber or Lyft. For qualifying repairs*, we offer complimentary rides within 10 miles of the dealership!
