News from BMW has come about their new car, tentatively name "Megacity," a highly secretive "city-car" concept which is a two or tree seater.

The "Mega City Vehicle" or "MCV" will be an all-electric car sold under a sub-brand by BMW Group.

This new model is scheduled to be release in 2013 and features a new construction paradigm for BMW. The MCV will consist of a carbon fiber passenger cell coupled to an aluminum chassis.
